Bag-house
　To maximize air pollution control during smelting, we have specially engineered 13 high-capacity bag-houses. 　
　Each bag-house is designed to move 110,000 Cubic Meters of air through 2331 Square Meters of filtering cloth per hour. 　
　Such high suction velocity minimizes the fugitive emissions that are common among secondary smelters.
Radiation Portal Monitor
　Our Shanghai plant is the only facility among the recycling industry in China that has a portal-type radiation detector installed. 　
　All shipments of scrap entering the plant are automatically scanned to ensure the safety of our workers and the public.
Dross Processing Plant
　We are the only secondary aluminum smelter in China that is equipped with a fully mechanized dross processing plant that meets Chinese EPA standards.
　We pioneered our own design for the dross processing plant, which has now become the Shanghai EPA standard for the issuance of a dross processing license. 　
　 We are also working closely with academic institutions and tile manufacturers in creating floor tiles from ball mill dust and bag-house dust, rather than disposing of the waste in a landfill, as is commonly done in the industry.
Wastewater Treatment Plant

　Wastewater generated from washing Zorba is re-circulated through two 1,200-cubic-meters tanks. 　
　The mud is settled to the bottom and automatically raked through the dehydration press before it is transported to the landfill, while the water is continuously recycled through the system.
