Quality is always the top priority in Sigma’s management philosophy. Based on the concept of total quality control, we have developed a very strict standard in every stage of production: raw material segregation, smelting, refining, casting, and packaging. 　To further guarantee the quality of our products, we have adopted ISO9002 and TS16949 standards as guidelines for our entire operation.

　 Both the Kaohsiung and Shanghai plants are equipped with the most advanced analyzing instruments. Our product is checked not only for its chemical composition but also for its grain size, dross content, gas content, and physical strength.

　 In addition to the in-plant quality assurance, our Q.C. team also provides after-sales services to our customers. We offer free consulting and troubleshooting services for all our customers once a quality problem occurs at their production line.

To enhance our R&D activity we continuously sponsor joint research projects with prestigious academic institutions in China. Through these projects we have been able to develop new technology to improve upon our product quality even further.
